I was floored the last time that I saw you.

Remember when we swore we’d never give it away?

And, I was dreaming of a love that I once held close to me.

And, every note I push out my lungs,

There’s another piece of what I’m really trying to say.

But, oh, the words, my love.

They’ve never felt so far away. So far away....

Every single soul I’ve captured on my own

Has never felt as real as the love I feel for you, baby.

With all the words I’ve over-told ‘I Love You’ had simply gotten old.

But, believe. What’s more, it seems like dreams from me to you.

Maybe we’ll see… if we are meant. Are we meant to be?

I can’t remember a time that I wouldn’t have you by my side.

We used to chase the lives that we knew we’d never find.

But, then we found each other. There’ll never be another for me.

We’re never falling in line. But, we’re never too far from right.

It doesn’t matter, what we feel Runs Deep inside.

I wonder if I’ll ever really know the truth, inside.

And, bring peace into my mind. That is the key to life.

And, if and when I hear it, will I really know it’s right?
